Rachel has over 17 years’ experience in the disability and not-for-profit sector, including 6+ years as a Support Coordinator and LAC. Deaf since birth, Auslan is her first language, and she’s also an NDIS participant. Passionate about inclusion, she’s a keen photographer and art lover, and is especially drawn to light installations. A proud mum to a little one who started signing at just 6 months—Rachel is a coffee snob, foodie, and avid traveller, having explored 33 countries so far.
