Taking Control 2 is a course to help you learn how to hire and employ Support Workers directly, without an agency or middle man.

In this course, you will learn:

• What self employing is and how it can benefit people with disability
• How to self employ
• What you need to get started
• How to interview and hire workers
• How to manage rosters, contracts, paying workers and rosters
• This course includes three videos, as well as three quizzes and a useful resources and tips and tricks document for each section.
